BizDojo Team Update: New faces (and new places for more familiar faces)

As many of you have probably noticed there has been a whole lot going on in Dojo-land recently to keep our BizDojo team really busy.

This busyness is not super surprising, with operations picking up in Wellington and with projects further afield soon to come online, there is a need for The BizDojo Partners to focus more of their time on growing the bigger vision for BizDojo. This means our team has been growing - and with that - we are bringing in some new members of the senior management team.

We are really excited to announce that Tracy Moyes has taken on the role of General Manager BizDojo for New Zealand, effectively filling in the last piece of the puzzle that the BizDojo needs for continued growth. If you are thinking the name and face are familiar then you are not wrong, Tracy will be new to this role but not a new face in BizDojo. Tracy has been working as our Hub Manager for the innovation precinct GridAKL, and she will continue with these responsibilities alongside her position of GM. With this in mind you can expect to see her pop up around GridAKL, BizDojo Auckland and BizDojo Wellington.

Speaking of Wellington, our BizDojo Wellys team will also be welcoming Jessica Manins to the team as our Wellington Regional Manager.  Joining us officially on the 10th of August, Jessica comes to BizDojo after eight years with StarNow where she has been instrumental in areas of growth and strategy for this globally successful business. A recent finalist in the Hi-Tech Awards, StarNow operates in eight countries and although Jessica has spent time working in London, L.A and Australia (where she led StarNow’s entry into the market) she is a Wellingtonian who is passionate and excited to get amongst the tech and innovation sector there.

These new appointments will allow us to make sure the needs of our awesome resident community are still the top priority whilst we are developing the national and international interconnectedness needed for all BizDojo residents and extended communities to thrive. It is an exciting time, and we are glad we are all in it together.

Be sure to follow us, Tracy and Jessica on Twitter.
