Growth Manager,

BizDojo needs a master of growth to join the BizDojo Christchurch spin up team. We need a Christchurch brand ambassador who can create genuine connections within the community, and make some noise about all the wicked programmes and community activations happening in our hood.

We're looking for someone with the energy, vision and desire to drive and grow new business and build our member base within Christchurch and across our national network. We need someone who can ideate, plan, develop and experiment to generate more wins for BizDojo residents, both internally and externally.

That's a super-brief intro of what we're looking for. But first, you need to know if you'll even like working with us. We think you will.

So, you’ve got an impressive network of entrepreneurs, creatives and freelancers (respect!) and now is your chance to use it. Initially, it will be your mission to lay the foundations of BizDojo Christchurch, by connecting with genuinely awesome people within the community and getting them hooked on the BizDojo experience.

The success of the BizDojo brand relies on the success of our residents, and so understanding their business needs is key. You’ll channel your hunger for growth, to build relevant connections between residents through social activations and personal introductions. Plus, in working with the Community Team, you will plan and execute activities that are suited to our residents’ needs and interests, and focused on engaging the wider community as well.

Your success will be measured by our residents happiness, retention and their growth rates, and thanks to the strong profile of BizDojo in the New Zealand market, your success is assured. You'll have the backing of a well-established brand to help make your job that much easier.


You are passionate about entrepreneurship and love to meet freelancers, entrepreneurs, startups, and investors.

Ambiguity doesn’t scare you. You know how to prioritise a to-do list that’s in constantly in flux. You enjoy variety and love to tackle big projects.

You've already established an impressive network of awesome people in the Christchurch region and you feel confident harnessing it to develop quality leads and conversations that build significant relationships.

You're a hustler who’s  hungry for growth and confident in converting new residents and keeping up-to-date with each of them

You are passionate about Christchurch and the great work that has already gone into driving innovation and growth in the city. You want to be a key part in the city's growth and you're as excited as we are about opening a new community space.

You can teach, tailor and take control – it’s all about our members and what we can do to help them succeed in our space.

You’re a data driven growth manager, with a highly creative mind who will stop at nothing to ensure BizDojo achieves exponential growth both internally and externally.
