The BeWeDō® approach is not a ‘sitting around writing things on pieces of paper’ creative process. It’s a creative practice which involves no egos, no Post-its, and no more bystanders, inspired by the Japanese martial art of Aikidō. Please come along if you're curious about:
-
Developing creative leadership.
-
Extending Design Thinking.
-
Thinking while moving!
BeWeDō® will provide people with an interactive experience where physical movement and touch amplify connection and trust, moving with a partner enriches conversation, and everyone has a creative voice.
“…moving while brainstorming, connecting through light non-intrusive touch and eye contact all aide in making communication more effective. […] we got at the truth of the problem/challenge sooner and were also able to access parts of our minds that perhaps don’t get activated in a normal conversation.” (Barbara Woods, Deloitte New Zealand)
No experience in martial arts necessary. Full participation is essential, as the know-how is in the movement. The atmosphere will be relaxed. Please bring comfortable clothing.
The workshop is perfect for startups, and people interested in creative leadership and new approaches to collaboration.
