your
mission.

Your mission is to:

  • Be the first point-of-contact for our residents and visitors from the wider community

  • Gain a solid understanding of our coworking offering and the BizDojo ‘secret sauce’

  • Engage with residents and facilitate connections between them, ultimately helping them find the resources they need to grow their business

  • Maintain systems, processes and admin tasks as necessary

  • Effectively communicate with the community across multiple channels

  • Ensure smooth running of our events & activations, and encourage our community to engage and contribute with our program

  • Ensure our coworking space is kept in tip-top shape and;
  • Take ownership of your role, and proactively seek out opportunities for bettering the BizDojo experience

  • You have a can-do attitude and embrace the challenges of our fast-paced work environment.

  • You’re a self-starter with the necessary energy, motivation and resilience to be effective in a demanding environment.

  • Your impeccable attention to detail means you’re always on the lookout for new ways to improve the resident experience.

  • You’re a fast learner when it comes to new systems and a quick-thinker when venturing into new territory.

  • You are known for your friendliness and enthusiasm.

  • You don’t mind answering the same question multiple times in the same day, because it's a different customer each time – each one is another chance to make someone’s day.

  • You have proven experience in customer-facing, customer service roles in retail, hospitality or the like.
